Refund Policy​

1. Overview

Granita provides custom digital brand identity services.

Because each project is tailored to the client, refunds are limited.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only before work has begun.

Work is considered “begun” when:

  • Research has started

  • A creative brief has been drafted

  • Any design work has been initiated
     

Once work begins, no refunds are available.

3. EU Digital Services Rule

EU customers acknowledge that:

​

  • The service begins immediately after purchase

  • They waive the 14‑day withdrawal right under EU consumer law

This waiver is required to start the creative process without delay.

4. Completed Work

No refunds are provided for:

​

  • Completed projects

  • Delivered files

  • Approved designs
