Every project is crafted and flavoured by the taste of two creative professionals: Giulia and Greta. No Artificial Ingredients added, only the fresh creativity from our brains.
After various years in advertising agencies, we went freelance to make a difference for many kinds of businesses, but we had to face the reality that small brands often have big ideas, that get freezed by tight budgets.
Granita is our answer: carefully crafted Starter Kits that give small businesses a complete, tailored and consistent brand ecosystem to kickstart their communication, while keeping an eye on their budgets.

5. What is the advantage of the Regular Starter Kit?
The Regular Starter Kit is a fuller, more indulgent serving.
It’s the most comprehensive option, if you don't want to miss out on anything, including a rework of your logo and concept, a set of custom illustrations, and more social media content. You can see a comparison between the two here.
6. Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, we do! If you feel like you’d like something more elaborate or completely tailor-made, we offer a Secret Recipe option with pricing on request: send us the details here and we’ll get back with a quote for you.
7. Who will be working on my brand?
Behind Granita there’s us, Giulia & Greta, a creative duo of Art Director and Copywriter. We both have a background of advertising experience for Italian and international agencies and an intense passion for branding. You can get to know us better on our About page.

8. How does Granita work?
Our recipe for a Granita Starter Kit includes 4 steps:
1- Pick your flavour: you get to choose among 4 main styles to help us understand what you’d like for your brand identity.
2- Place your order: after purchase, you’ll receive a clear timeline and a structured brief to fill out with all the relevant info about your activity. We’ll also get to know (and your business) better in the starting call.
3- Get the kit: this is our turn to get to work and craft the special recipe of your brand identity. Should we need more info, we’ll follow up right on time.
4- Enjoy your fresh start: here’s where magic happens! Dive into your freshly crafted Granita Starter Kit. If you choose the Regular option, you’ll also get a catch-up call to clarify any doubts, one month after delivery.

9. How long does it take to receive my brand identity?
The usual timeline to deliver our Starter Kits is 4-5 weeks: it may vary depending on the package you purchase and your response time in sharing the information we require for the project.
At the start of the project, we will share the detailed schedule with you and we may discuss variations to adjust timings to your availability.
10. Can I request revisions?
The Regular Starter Kit already includes one round of logo rework. You can ask
for additional revisions or extra deliverables as a custom service with an extra cost.
11. How do the visual styles work?
We have defined four distinct visual styles to optimise the briefing process for your brand identity. We know that it can sometimes be difficult to put into words an image that is very clear in our minds. Visual styles do exactly that: they allow you to better explain what you like and give us a reference point to accurately grasp your tastes and expectations for the final result.
12. Will my brand look like others who chose the same style?
Noooo way! The main styles are just a guidance for us, for the flavours you prefer.
Just as every Granita comes with a mix of flavours and individual crystals of ice, your brand identity will be unique and unmistakable, crafted from scratch around your story, values, and personality.
13. I’m not sure which package to choose,

14. Why do we manage everything remotely with reduced meetings?
When developing the Granita process, we borrowed several practices from our experience in Italian and international advertising agencies. The most important of these is the written brief, which allows you to sort through your desires and requests and put them down on paper. Complete information gives us everything we need to develop your brand identity in one go, optimising time and costs compared to face-to-face meetings. And this has an effect on the final price of your Granita Starter Kit!
After talking to other customers who have purchased our service, we decided to keep the starting call, to get to know each other and discuss any doubts, and - for those who choose the Regular Kit - the catch-up call at the end of the project.
Brand identities follow a precise recipe: we assign you the task of providing us with the right ingredients and quantities, while we take care of the process meticulously following all the steps.
15. Do you also manage social media after delivery?
We don’t offer ongoing content management or posting, but if you ever need an extra boost (like a new batch of ready‑to‑post content), you can reach out to us for a custom proposal here.
16. Do you work with clients outside Italy?
Yes, Granita is a fully remote service, and we craft brand identity recipes in Italian and English for small businesses worldwide.
17. Do you also work with medium–big brands?
Our service is specifically crafted around the needs of small businesses, but as former advertising creatives we’re always curious about new challenges.
